2. Orders and Payment

2.1 Order Confirmation

Orders placed are considered an invitation to treat. A contract of sale is only concluded when we dispatch the items and send you a shipping notification. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

2.2 Pricing and Duties

All prices are denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). HEALE’s product pricing does not include import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

3. Global Shipping

3.1 Shipment and Lead Time

We aim to dispatch orders within 4 working days. Estimated transit times are provided by courier services and are for reference only.

3.2 Force Majeure

Delays resulting from customs, logistical issues, extreme weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control are not within HEALE's direct authority and shall not be construed as a breach of contract.

3.3 Transfer of Risk

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to your designated shipping address.

3.4 Shipping Costs and Methods

For orders delivered within Hong Kong, free shipping via SF Express is provided for a single order over HK$400. For orders below this threshold in a single transaction, shipping fees will be collected by SF Express upon delivery (Freight Collect).

3.5 Import Compliance

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that Products comply with the import regulations of the destination country. HEALE shall not be held liable for any Products seized or destroyed by customs authorities.

4. Return and Refund Policy

4.1 Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety standards, all edible products (including tea and food) are non-returnable once opened. For non-edible products (such as teaware or accessories), please notify us of any defects within 3 working days of receipt.

4.2 Damaged or Defective Products

Should your package arrive with significant damage, please notify us at info@healetea.com within 3 working days with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a suitable resolution at our discretion.

4.3 Refund Processing

If a refund is authorized, funds will be credited back via the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days, subject to the policies of the respective payment providers.
